RICHARD "RICK" J.
Age 42, of Dallas, TX died on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. He was born February 25, 1969, in Pittsburgh, PA, to Robert Ondo and the late Anna May Ondo. He attended North Hills High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Rick enjoyed reading, art (drawing), history, sports, the Steelers and the Rolling Stones. He currently worked at Top Golf Dallas as Assistant GM. During his lifetime, Rick touched the lives of countless people through his kindness, generosity, loving personality and most of all his Smile. He was a best friend, a brother, a son, a nephew and so much more. He will forever be missed and in our hearts. Rick is survived by his, loving father, Robert, currently residing in Bradenton, FL; brothers, Rob of Bradenton and Ron (Stephanie) Ondo of Pittsburgh, aunt and "second mom", Jean Omasits; along with "third brother" cousin Chris Omasits. He is further survived by his adored girlfriend Darcey Hopper, along with his nephew, niece, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Visitation will be Sunday, December 4th, from 9 a.m.-Noon at SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 7720 Perry Highway, with a short prayer service to follow at Noon. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life reception at Bella Frutteto Restaurant at 2602 Brandt School Road.
